A few years back I created a mailer for my realtor friend as a favor and also added it to my Etsy store. I have created many iterations of the mailer for different clients, but this particular client kept coming back to create all of her branding and marketing materials. Living in Ohio and always dreaming of the ocean this was a fun project to create!
